I was born and raised smack dab in the middle of the Bible Belt (Oklahoma) but have always felt like a square peg in a round hole. I was the little kid that no one wanted in their Sunday School class because I asked too many questions. Once, when studying Genesis, I asked if Adam was a Cro-Magnon and if there were dinosaurs in the Garden of Eden. The teacher glared at me as though I was Rosemary's Baby and told my parents I was an evil little girl.....
Christianity never made much sense to me and I walked away from organized religion many years ago - resulting in much scrutiny from family, friends, and co-workers. Your site is not only entertaining and informative, but a refreshing affirmation that there are others like me out there who can think for themselves and dare question what they have had forced on them all their lives. I really like you guys......!!!
